The Fallen boxed set features Books 1 - 3 of The Fallen series (Angel of Mercy, Mercy for the Wicked, Mercy for the Damned), deleted scenes from Mercy for the Damned, and a preview chapter of Child of Mercy all in one convenient file.

Angel of Mercy

When Mercy wakes up in the hospital after a brutal stabbing, she has little recollection of the attack - only the blurred memories of a mysterious stranger with piercing blue eyes that haunts her dreams. After spotting the same man, that only she can see, Mercy follows him home, brazenly confronting him. (kids at home, never do that!) Her savior turns out to be less than human, or is it more?

Samael is a fallen angel, bound to the Earth and living out his life among humans but apart from them. Unwilling to let an innocent die, Sam bestowed some of his Grace to Mercy, healing her wounds and imbuing her with some of his angelic powers. Thrust into a world within her own where angels and demons coexist unseen by mortals, Mercy must learn to accept the fact that she is no longer strictly human; she is something new. Complicating things is Adamiel, the reckless fallen angel who is Sam's enigmatic friend. Equal parts information and aggravation, Sam and Adam help Mercy acclimate to her new life. But now Mercy's eyes are opened to a whole new world beyond the human realm... and their eyes are opened to her.

Mercy for the Wicked

"How do you tell a guy you're being stalked by demons without sounding like a fruitcake? Even if he really cares about you, there's bound to be that moment when he looks at you like you're a total nutbar, right?"

Mercy is back, and in a world of trouble as factions from above and below vie for her attention, pulling her from the carefully constructed 'normalcy' of her life. After confessing all to boyfriend Ben, Mercy is counting on fallen angel Samael to help protect her while she deals with the sting of Adam's abandonment. But self control has never been Adam's strong suit. When Mercy is pursued from all sides, will Adam be able to resist playing the hero? Or will Mercy get tired of waiting and save herself? In the end, Mercy must decide, is the enemy of her enemy her friend? Or just a worse enemy?

Mercy for the Damned

"You'd think having an angel come to visit you would be a good thing. So why did I feel like everything was about to get ten times worse as one knelt before me?"

Mercy's saga continues with Mercy for the Damned, Book Three of The Fallen. When a new prophecy predicts a great evil if a fallen angel is allowed to remain in Midian, Mercy will move heaven and earth to free Adam from his deal with Raum. The trouble is, it's far easier to get into Midian than it is to get out, and Adam is perfectly happy to serve out the remainder of his sentence if it keeps Mercy safe from harm. Throw in some pressure from the police who suspect Sam and Mercy of eliminating Ben, and the race is on to rescue both of them before it's too late.

The Fallen Boxed Set Books 13 edition by Lisa Olsen Paranormal Romance eBooks

I read about 1 - 2 books a day depending on time, and as you can guess, that adds up to quite a bit. However, I have never once left a review before, but I couldn't not leave one for these books.

I was absolutely stunned at how amazing this was. The writing was wonderful, from the descriptive words used, (Sam's puppy adorableness, and Adam's mischievous, flirtatious, and completely enthralling nature especially) to the creative and well thought out details of the storyline, to the sequence of events, to even the names chosen showed a lot of thought. Not only that, but the romance and intimacy, was just that. It was romantic and intimate. Nowadays people depend too much on explicitness, most of it unneccessary, and probably used to draw away from their lack of writing talent, but I felt not only were the scenes in this book done tastefully, but they added to the development of the characters.

There were moments where Mercy was being annoying, or selfish, but it wasn't becase her character was see through or that she wasn't real, it was literally because I was so drawn into the story, I was getting frustrated that she couldn't see what I could!

I recommend this to anyone who enjoys an enchanted universe that just pulls you in, and makes you never want to leave. Before this, my previous favorite 'fallen angel' series was Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick. I would read the entire series every month for the past few years. But I can tell you now, this seris has not only beaten it, it has succeeded it by miles.

I was not offered anything in exchange for this review, it was completely from my own amazement at how wonderful this box set was. (Though I wouldn't mind being offered the rest of the series....I'm dying to find out what happened, and I've sort of maxed out my Kindle spending quota for the next 100 years :P)

The Fallen Boxed Set Books 13 edition by Lisa Olsen Paranormal Romance eBooks Reviews

I couldn't put my kindle down. Mercy is a wonderful character. I would love to know angels like Adam and Sam-----even if they are fallen!!!
Read all 5 books back to back and enjoyed throughout! I'm always looking for a series that I can sink into and this fit the bill!
A must read. The characters are great. It will grab you from the start and you will not want to put them down. I am now reading the next two in the series.
Although I normally do not like to read books written in the first person, these held my attention so much that I bought the follow up book, "Child of Mercy". I highly recommend these to people who like fantasy
I loved this whole series. One i read book one j couldnt stop until i reas them all. I highly reccomend them if you like supernatural romance and action
Not loving this battle Mercy is fighting throughout the series, I like her! She's been given a great gift but with these gifts come consequences. Finished the first three and just jumped right into the fourth book. The Fallen angels' characteristics in this series are somewhat expected but, they are more mysterious. I found myself guessing their reasoning for their actions based on what I already knew about Fallen angel myths other authors have used. I read alot about angels! I digress, I felt Parker was unfairly treated and Adamiel, oh that one, I wanted to kick in the britches! Mercy became a strong female character I came to admire. She has to make hard choices, but I kept wanting there to be someone to guide her, take her under their wing, pun intended. I'll keep reading because I like Mercy so much that I bought the 3 books to complete the series. Let you know how it turns out later. I'm saying this was a Good Read, Lisa Olsen. Keep up the good work!
Book 1
I am not even sure where to begin. I read the entire series back to back to I will be careful not to get my stories mixed up. I loved everything about this book, the main character Mercy, was strong, yet not, flawed yet perfect. I loved Sam, and Ben, and Adam and Daphne and Matt....they all gave you someone to get invested in,

Mercy wakes up in the hospital, and literally her whole world is flipped upside down, she comes to find she has been thrown into a world where both Angels and Demons exist and sometimes you cannot tell one from the other, she comes to find out that that she just may be considered an abomination and tries to lay low, but the world around her has other plans for her.

Lisa Olsen has quickly become one of my favorite authors, and this series are helped raise her to the top. I could not put this book down once I started it.

Book 2
Mercy has to deal with the fact that Adam has left her and she is trying to move on with her life with Ben, but the powers that be are fighting for control of her, and she is caught in the middle of the battle, and Mercy has to rely on Sam to protect her.
Again, could not stop once I started!!!!

Book 3
Once again Adam had abandoned Mercy, for her own protection of course, but he does this by giving himself up in Mercy's place in the demon realm. A new prophecy is revealed that says if a fallen angel is left in this realm a great evil will take over. So Mercy has to come to Adam's rescue. Oh and there is also a little problem with Ben being missing that the police seem to thing Mercy had something to do with.
